Easter long weekend and Summer's 2nd B'day Party!!!

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!!

Today is easter sunday and my family is down for the weekend which is so much fun! This afternoon we went to Summer's (one of the kids from mothers groups) 2nd birthday party and we all had so much fun! There was so much fairy bread, cake, chips and yummy stuff to eat it wasn't funny! While there Marlee kept playing with some toy animals that were around and she was in love with them, and I must say I was in love with them too! There was a girraffe, elephant and pig. They were sooooo cute! This is my Project 365 photo of the day. I hope you like it as much as me!

It has been a while...

Well today is the first time I have looked at this blog in months and months! I have been so busy updating my Project 365 blog that I have let this one go off to the side. As of today I am going to be adding a blog a week. Thankfully, to my friend from mothers group-Emma who just started her own blog today has inspired me to write a bit each week on life in general as a mummy, artist, etc. So here goes...

Well at the moment Marlee is over 16 months old. She is walking, talking a bit, running lots and getting into EVERYTHING! She does not miss a beat this kid! She is like a little shadow following me everywhere and doing everything I do. If I make a funny face or laugh she copies and does the same. She cracks me up when my day is not going great and gives me the best hugs and kisses I could ever ask for. She can make me cranky, happy, sad, frustrated, surprised, grateful, loved and teaches me new things every single day. I love her to bits, life definitely has changed since having a child and I wouldn't have it any other way. Although my relationship with Chewy has changed since having her, I know it is for the better and our relationship has grown over the past 2 years aswell which is great!

Well I was going to write more except my phone rang and now Marlee has woken up and wants some mummy cuddles and food. I look forward to following Emma's blog and updating mine each week.
